Amazing company! This was my family’s first time visiting Raleigh and the service was above and beyond. Specifically the bus driver Walter. He accommodated my mother on/off the bus who needed accessibility. He was very patient and kind! He even held the bus when we arrived to make sure we got on safely. Definitely recommend this car rental services.

This was my first time renting from Alamo in Raleigh, and my second rental with them within a week. After completing the paperwork and explaining that I had another Alamo rental in New York and was only in North Carolina for 24 hours to check on my property, I was quickly on my way. The staff was very professional and even provided bottled water for the road. I was escorted to the parking lot and given the option to choose a vehicle within my purchase price range. Having that choice made the experience even better! I decided on a light blue Toyota Camry, which was spotless inside and out.
Although my rental period was short, returning the vehicle was just as impressive. I believe it was the manager who personally came out to greet customers, ask about their experience, and thank them for choosing Alamo. This level of care and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations.
Alamo has officially become my favorite car rental company. I look forward to renting from them again in the future!

Reserved a car on Sunday mid-day, and had a jeep wrangler by 8:30 Monday morning. I believe I was helped by Wes, and he did an excellent job. Kind and fast! Will be renting from here again, great first experience.

Everyone at the rental agency, from the driver to and from the airport, to the customer service representatives at the rental location, were excellent. They were attentive, friendly, helpful and efficient. The rental office was well staffed and we got quickly in the rental and on the road, which I appreciated. Overall a great experience!

My Alamo pick up and drop off could not have gone smoother. My customer service rep was excellent and gave us his undivided attention at delivery.
Not so good, we opted to pay to fill our own tank. The car that we selected had less than a full tank, so we had to make up the difference when filling the tank before returning the vehicle. Lastly, the Mazda CX 30 that we rented was extremely bare-bones basic, without Apple CarPlay, nav, or even heated seats in near freezing temperatures for the week.

This was my first time renting with Alamo. What an excellent experience the lowest rate and any SUV intermediate size for the same price. Our choice was a Cadillac! The pickup and return could not have been easier even though it was the busiest time of year Thanksgiving season. Thank you Alamo!

Shout out to McClain (Mack), Dorian, and Imani who go above and beyond! I have had the pleasure of needing service in the Alamo at the Raleigh location twice so far, and BOY do they have it together there! I wish all Alamo stores (or all rental companies) had people as sweet and attentive as them. They make the check in process feel like a breeze. I tried reporting an issue that I was having with a rental over the phone and I should have skipped that and just gone straight to the counter cause they sure take care of pretty much everything related to your rental! Same goes for the drop offs, they are quick on their feet, and you can expect to be in and out when renting from this location.

Alamo staff are amazingly wonderful. Bus drivers as well and yard personal happily and quickly load our luggage in to the car or the bus. Desk staff are always happy and cooperative. I wish the rest of the service industry would learn fromAlamo. Alamo is what America Quality-Service-Vale used to be and got lost some years ago. It is heartwarming and life enriching to see it at least at Alamo and hopefully will come back in other places too.

This was honestly the best and smoothest rental experience that I have ever had. We did not have to wait for the shuttle at baggage claim as it was already there. We waited maybe 10 minutes or less in line, and were able to pick which vehicle we wanted. The car was clean, ran great, and was very comfortable, and had a full tank of gas. When we returned the car, it was the easiest drop off, and the shuttle was there ready to take us to the airport, and we weren't there longer than 5 minutes for the return. All the staff we came across were incredibly friendly, and it was an all around great experience. Absolutely recommend.

I rent 10+ cars a year and have had a variety of rental car experiences. My experience at RDU was excellent. First, the Alamo line was long, but the adjacent Enterprise line was open. The Enterprise staff started calling people in the Alamo line to expedite the process. I don't recall the name of the agent who handled our reservation, but he was amazing. So efficient, professional and nice. He quickly helped us upgrade our. car and actually went and got the car for us. Amazing. Would definitely rent from Alamo/Enterprise again.

This is the rental experience that we will compare all future rental experiences to. Smooth experience all across the board!! Shuttle, check-in/return and the car options themselves exceeded our expectations. They’ve got a great crew here in every department.
We flew in around midnight on Thursday and expected a one man crew, instead we were met with a friendly, professional group who got through the line efficiently and got us to our car in a timely manner. Easily the company we’d come back to!

I don't typically use Alamo. So, I was skeptical about the quality of the car and customer service. But it was a very good experience. Fast pick up. Fast return. The car was good quality and low mileage. The car horn did not work. But I told the check-in person when I returned the car, and he gave me a courtesy discount. Very happy with my Alamo experience
