I was given a signed Chappell Roan poster for my birthday and knew I had to get it professionally framed. Walking into Bull City, all I knew was I wanted the frame to be extreme. Abby was so helpful with the design process, I had no idea you could even mix two frames together. She spent a lot of time showing me options and we eventually landed on pink glitter and a pink Italian molding that complement the colors of the poster flawlessly. Abby’s vision was one I couldn’t have even dreamed of and it’s perfect. I’m so happy with my purchase here, they put so much care into it and helped me every step of the way!

Bull City Art and Frame is my go to frame shop and the only business I trust with my art collection! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, making sure I get the best design humanly possible. Their frame selection is massive as well as having a gallery supporting amazing local NC artist!! Incredible work and such attentive staff! They, rightfully so, take immense pride in their work. I had an old family quilt square that I wanted to put in a shadow box. They exceeded well beyond my expectations. This is the only place I’ll go to get stuff framed!

Ok so I don’t ever write reviews, but I had to recognize the amazing service we got here. We had a record “guest book” for people to sign at our wedding as we wanted to do something different and had the idea in mind that we wanted to display it in some way after. We also wanted to use a small local business if possible. I’m so happy to have found this place because the experience we had at Bull City Art and Frame was stellar from beginning to end. The staff member that worked with us to choose the matting, frame, etc was super knowledgeable as well as personable. You could tell that he was really invested in helping us make our vision come to life. The piece was done in the time frame we were given at drop off. When I went to pick it up, I thought I would be in and out; however, I was given a full run down of the features as well as how to mount it properly. They made a template to use to make mounting on the wall super easy and assured me that if I ever had any issues I could come back for assistance. It was wrapped with great care and they even offered to carry it out to the car for me. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Bull City Art & Frame company is absolutely fantastic and all their staff know their stuff. This was my first time framing anything and Abby walked me through the whole process making it easy and exciting. Brainstorming the final product is so fun and Abby did an AMAZING job stretching my cross stitch piece. They perfectly balance guiding you and listening to your wishes/vision. . I will say, they are not cheap but they are worth it. Your art is protected and the work is done right - they are very particular and won't settle for anything but the best. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in to select a frame and how to mount a really nice canvas reproduction, to the moment when they took the finished product to my car, a perfect customer experience and a very satisfying result. They also have AMAZING local art. Definitely worth a visit for locals and tourists alike. Such nice, knowledgeable people.

We came to Bull City Art and Frame after a lot of online suggestions and we couldn't be happier with the results. We'd never gotten something professionally framed before so I was a bit nervous of the process. First of all, I loved that we could walk in and we were immediately and warmly assisted. You don't need an appointment (and we went on a Saturday). We had a delicate tile art piece that we wanted framed where the back showed, which is a bit tricky, but the team was quick to give really great suggestions. We got it double framed to add dimension and the wood colors complement the tile and each other so well. They have hundreds of frame suggestions and they make it easy for you to visualize the end result. When we picked it up, they gave a template to hang it on our wall with hardware. Small but helpful detail. The team is professional, personable, trustworthy, and very welcoming. Plus they have a lot of local artist work for sale. Just a great experience and we will definitely go there again. Highly recommend for anything special you want framed.
