Overview
Bull City Confectionaries grew from a small side passion to a full-fledged business for owner, Nasira Abdur-Razzaq, who started baking her delicious mini bundt cakes for friends, family, and her twin daughters’ school during the holidays eight years ago. A week later, she received her first large order for 100 mini bundts and knew she could take her bakes to the next level. Bull City Confectionaries eventually opened a physical location for customers to come in, order cakes, and enjoy on site. Each cake is hand-crafted and magically moist while also dense and flavorful. Flavors include French toast cake with bacon, red velvet, strawberry, and lemon blueberry.

This place is such a gem!! I loved everything about it! The owner, Nasira is such a sweetheart and her treats are even better! I can't wait to come back for some banana pudding 🤩 Don't miss these amazing sweets! -
If heaven has a bakery! I'm sure bull City Confectionaries is it! These cakes have me singing melodies of heaven. And the owner is an angel in disguise for sure! I ordered the strawberry and vanilla buntinis for my birthday and I almost didn't get one of my own cakes. People are them so fast! Same thing happened at another event! So now I stash away mine before I set them out lol. The holiday flavors are to die for! I anticipate the menu dropping every year! Do yourself a favor and order some now.

Bull City Confectionaries is drool dripping good! Talk about a burst of flavor in your mouth. The cake isn't only flavorful but it's also moist! You cannot go wrong. It's the best gift to give to someone even if that someone is yourself! Their customer service is out of this world. It was a pleasure speaking with Nasira. They have a lifetime customer in me! In fairness: We placed a Too Good to Go order from this place, which means the product isn't the freshest. The point of the app is to sell stuff that would be thrown out otherwise.
I paid $5.36 for a Too Good to Go bag from this place, and received one small cupcake and a mini bundt cake. Okay - far less than what you typically receive (and I have used TGTG at many places), but the real kicker was the cupcake expired on November 17th (we picked up today, December 21st). Secondly, the cupcake was made by another bakery - The Secret Baker NC - which as far as I can tell has no affiliation with Bull City Confectionaries.
How did this place come to sell another baker's product, and over a month expired at that? Beyond unacceptable.
Again, in fairness, this is not a criticism of their fresh-baked products or of anything else. This was simply a terrible TGTG experience I would warn others away from purchasing from them on that platform. -
I was first introduced to these cakes at a gathering and have not been able to get enough!!! From the triple strawberry and red velvet bundt cakes to her signature holiday creations, you will not be disappointed! And the owner is just as sweet as her cakes, which is a plus!!!
