We were greeted by Martha as soon as we entered. She was helpful with ordering and was very patient while we looked over the menu options. The food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. I highly recommend build your burger and the adobo-fries!! There's a nice bar also. This could easily become a go-to spot for food and fun. We've been invited back soooo...

I knocked off a star because the burger was small albeit delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the abobo-seasoned curly fries were super delicious. However, if I’m going to pay a premium price for a burger, I would expect a decent sized patty. It was half the size I expected it to be. We went for dinner. It is not your typical sit-down restaurant, which is fine actually. Nice not to be interrupted. They have seating inside and outside. You order your food at the kitchen window and they bring it out to your table when it’s ready. Service was fast and very nice.

The burger was delicious! But I was surprised at how small it was. The fries were wonderful. The atmosphere is OK. The location is nice. I just don’t think that I got $14 worth of a burger. The fries were called dirty curly fries with adobo seasoning. They were great.

At this establishment, the culinary experience felt like a missed opportunity. The overall impression was that dishes lacked depth and complexity, as if the kitchen simply cooked ingredients without unlocking their full potential through seasoning and creative flair. My burrito, unfortunately, arrived in a state of disarray, falling apart before I could even take a bite. The fries, while crisp, suffered from a lack of salt, a crucial element for enhancing their flavor. A glimmer of hope appeared in the form of their homemade hot sauces. However, their thin, watery consistency resembled spicy juice more than a robust sauce, and their heat level left something to be desired. On a brighter note, the beverage selection offered some redemption. Both the blueberry and reserved drinks proved to be refreshing and well-balanced, making them a highlight of the meal.

Finally got to stop into Bull City Solera and taproom. It's a bit of a strange location and while I visited relatively early on a weekday, it was kind of dead. There were only a couple of other parties there although the taproom itself is nice. Ordering was easy, but even with only a few people there, my burrito and rice and beans took about 15 minutes to prepare. The burrito was pretty good but the rice and beans as you can tell was a glop of beans on the rice. Not terribly impressive. I'll probably be going to Moe's or Chipotle in the future.
