Very clean, knowledgeable staff that walk you through the whole process with zero “we’re too cool for you” attitude. They are hyper vigilant with cleanliness, and even autoclave the jewelry prior to piercing. Great spot.

very clean, chill place. everyone was so nice and my entire procedure was super quick. shea has such gentle hands and a calming personality which really put me at ease. ive had my septum pierced before at a different place and it was hell, the actual procedure, sliding the ring into place, even moving my upper lip felt uncomfortable afterwards. this was a completely different experience and im glad i chose clarity for this second septum piercing. i will definitely be coming back in the future!

the people here are so sweet. I popped in here to buy some jewelry since I accidentally pulled out my ring from a fresh nose piercing. they offered to insert it for me and I'm glad I let them help. they were busy, so it was so kind of them to squeeze me in. I was able to pick out the perfect jewelry too. definitely coming here for my next piercing

I went over a year ago and forgot to leave a review then but it was a great experience and the only place I’ll go to buy jewelry for my helix or if I ever get another piercing. I wish I had their name, but I am forever grateful to the person who assisted me and who took their time to explain to me reputable piercers and why my past jewelry was bad. Thank you, you not only saved my ear from a year of poor work done at a piercing shop I thought I could trust but you actually took the time to educate me so this won’t happen to me again.

I’ve been in twice for piercings with Shea and he is fantastic. I can’t imagine a better experience. He was so great at helping me and reassuring me when I had some extra swelling on one piercing and now it’s healing well. Everything is the highest standard for clean, professional, and friendly. I was so impressed with my experience at Clarity, I was already planning my next visit. All staff were knowledgeable and professional. Shea was an amazing piercer. I had four piercings done at once and Shea communicated clearly throughout the whole process, putting any nerves at ease. The facility was bright, clean and open. I had truly no concerns about safety or sterility at any point. I cannot wait to return!

This place is so nice and clean. The staff are extremely professional and kind! They were so patient with me as I rattled off questions, lol. They were actually able to fit me in with literally 10 minutes of notice, shortly before close after a cancellation. It was for my birthday and I was referred on a second opinion. Shea debriefed me on all the risks, modifications with my anatomy, placement, aftercare and the type of piercing/jewelry I was receiving. I got a lovely navel piercing with opal stones. Highly recommend!

Shea has cultivated an extremely professional and welcoming space, as well as being very cleanly/minimally designed and decorated. I've been to a good handful of piercing and/or tattoo establishments and while I generally have found them to be friendly places, Clarity is really on a next level. If you have nervousness about getting pierced or you feel intimidated by the typical body modification atmosphere, I can say with 100% confidence that you will feel comfortable here.
And of course it's not just about the atmosphere; as a piercer Shea is clearly extremely knowledgeable and careful/thorough with his work. I would trust him to properly place and execute any piercing, and while I only have one from him so far I'm looking forward to getting lots more! I haven't personally interacted with any of the other piercers on staff so I cannot speak to them, but I have to assume they have the same level of attention to detail and care and are similarly pleasant to work with. If I could give 6/5 stars I would.

I went to Clarity Piercing to get my inner conch pierced last week, and my visit was a 10/10! Shay was extremely professional and kind, and he greeted me by my name when I walked into the door, and my piercer, Carlos, was there to greet me as well. They have a vast selection of jewelry that were all within reasonable price points for the quality and style. The piercing room was well lit and impressively sterile, and Carlos really took the time to explain the aftercare instructions to me, and he patiently answered when I had questions. The piercing itself was a breeze, and Carlos talked me through every step he was taking. I had such an amazing experience, and I definitely plan on going here for the remainder of my piercings!
