At the corner of Foster and Geer Streets, Cocoa Cinnamon’s original location is the perfect spot to recharge and experience community during a downtown stroll. Brewing with beans from Little Waves Coffee Roasters, their drinks are full of flavor, care and quality. Both their indoor and outdoor seating options are great to enjoy a cup of coffee and a locally baked treat.

I love this spot my all time favorite cafe in Durham. My favorite place for a late evening drink of coco, nice to have quality drinks without caffeine. I will say they are lacking outlets and their pastry selection is small and pricey in my opinion. Amazing outdoor seating, the best in downtown Durham! Try the whip cream it's fantastic.

Great place to go with a group! A wide array of hot chocolate drinks, and fun indoor/outdoor seating. I had a classic espresso and it was good. Fun, colorful decor. I highly recommend Cocoa Cinnamon!

My wife and I have loved Little Waves coffee since we first tried it. We order beans regularly. We don’t frequent Cocoa Cinnamon enough! Their drinks are unique and delicious, and there is always a story behind their drinks. Great vibe and a welcoming environment. I am also pleased to support this Latina owned organization.

Amazing little coffee shop with plenty of unique non-coffee drinks too! Extensive hot cocoa + tea latte collection. Strong coffee variety. Very impressive menu. Some pastry options. Adorable pottery for mugs, bit of a cozy rustic feel.
Dark hot cocoa was a bit watery. The whipped cream + Carmel sauce was a must. Would be enthused to explore other drink varieties.
Several tables in the back with outlets / wifi for remote/laptop working. Also a good place to read a book.
Lively, but not packed, on a Sunday late-afternoon.

My husband knows how much I love trying new coffee shops and he heard about this one from a friend. I ordered an iced Al Mokha for take out today and it was absolutely delicious! It has a hint of cinnamon along with the chocolate that is perfect! They have indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy your coffee. The staff are friendly and quick. We will definitely be back!

Very unique place, love to plants, art, covered outdoor seating, dog friendly, new coffee flavors - try something crazy or ask the barista their fav option! This place was packed during a weekday, so plan accordingly. And parking was atrocious! Parking for the coffee shop totally full, park on street and pay then walk. So be prepared! Otherwise, great time! Ham and Cheese croissant toasted and lime espresso drink were surprisingly good 👍🏽

I really liked the ambience and vibe of this cafe, music was great too! I spent almost 10$ on an iced matcha though which is a bit too expensive but I’m sure you can find cheaper drinks!
