The product is good without a doubt. But the guy today wasn't very welcoming with customer service. He was just quiet, no "hey how you doing," "y'all have a good day." But my kids were happy.

Iced treats were top-notch, but the lack of indoor seating was a downside. Currently, seating is limited to outdoor areas only. However, the quality of the desserts was excellent, and I would certainly return for more.

My boyfriend and I stopped by one evening after dinner. He loves Italian ice and I'll say, this shop did not disappoint. We tried the tiger's blood, bubblegum and cotton candy flavors which were all delicious! The young guys who served us were very friendly and seemed happy to be there. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

Had to Stop by here having recently moved here from NYC. I have missed Italian icees. I ordered the small with 2 flavors (piña colada and strawberry lemonade). It was so flavorful and creamy but icy. It was delicious, much like home. The gentleman was very friendly, patient and very proud of their product. He allowed me to sample a flavor before ordering the cup and gave recommendations. $6 for the small is a good price for the amount you get. I can't imagine having three scoops for the amount but definitely want to try all the flavors. There is some seating outside none inside. But the shop inside is very spacious with a restroom and very colorful. They take cash card and tap. Overall I will be back and will work my way through the flavors.

The icees, the atmosphere, and the service were top notch. Felt like way more than your typical icee spot. Not syrupy and seemed to be homemade. The owner was very friendly and personable at the grand opening. Will def be back with the family.
