DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at RTP is easily accessible off I-40 and situated approximately three miles from RDU International Airport. Take advantage of both the on-site restaurant and the room service. The property has nearly 11,000 square feet of versatile meeting and event space as well as an outdoor pool.
Very nice hotel right off of I-40, staff was very friendly, rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was buffet only and you have the option for Continental or hot bfast. The hotel lobby and bar area were very nice with a fireplace in the middle of the lobby. My only complaint is that we were not given a Diamond room upgrade even though this if a huge hotel and it was not very full.

They run a tight ship. Everyone was charming and friendly, but THOSE GRITS at breakfast are the best I've EVER had ANYWHERE!
I spent 6 days here. Other than an inconvenience with the elevator being serviced my stay was wonderful.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. This is a really nice hotel, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Ironically, the cost was considerably less than others with far less to offer. I can only imagine that this is due to the fact that it is older than the others, but our experience was top notch. Everything was clean and in good repair. The food in the restaurant was really good and our server was very professional. Loved it and would happily stay there again.

I commute to rtp for work, with the snow and icy road decided to get a room for the night. There's many around here, price isn't cheap but not expensive, average these days, not too bad. It was a Friday. Says its a 4 star, overall satisfied. Going cheap you'll get what you pay for. Nice & clean, quiet. Most noise I heard was housekeeping in the morning. Good customer service (the gentleman at desk about 730p 1/10 was very good). They give you warm cookies at check in. Check in was quick. They do charge 15$ deposit at check in which is better than 150. The breakfast was really nice & good, but not free. Banquet, serve yourself, baked goods & good variety of things. You can only eat it in the restaurant. The hostess does bring the bill over to you when it looks like you're almost done eating. You could eat as much as you want there, but almost 20$. The snacks they have are way over prices a tuna & cracker kit line at dollar store was 6.95$ (I did not buy). You get 2 complementary water bottles. Heat & air are thermostat controlled. Bed was pretty comfy. Wifi & free parking. They closed if the stairs on the side entrances likely to avoid falls due to ice. They have basic cable channels, including sports. It did say you could connect your TV but I didn't. It smells decent with fragrance. In the morning 1st floor smelled like plumbing (eggs). Would stay again. Would stay again & less than 10min to work. Right if the highway, food, & stores not far. Area is good.

I was pleasantly greeted by Charlie who was perceptive of my needs in an instance! Her charm, grace and professionalism exceeded any and all expectations. From the warm fresh baked cookies to the perfect location of my room was just the beginning.
Dinner and cocktails were easily accessible at the bar /restaurant and the food was amazing! The Salmon and Cajun shrimp were a delicious surprise only exceeded by our Bartender Chris.
Great conversation, service and a fantastic selection of locally brewed beers and grand cocktails. This hotel far exceeded my expectations and I am delighted to say that I look forward to my next stay with the Hilton Doubletree! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I feel like royalty!

I stayed here for 1-night. The entrance needs to be worked on. There are steps right in the front, but I did not see any ramps to roll your luggage up - so you have to carry it up the stairs. The rooms are meh - nothing special. The bathroom is dated. The shower needs to be upgraded for the price of $200/night. Overall not a bad hotel by any means - but just doesn't stand out. The breakfast buffet was decent.

I Had my wedding and reception at their establishment on April 27, 2024, and it was just amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was phenomenal, anything I needed they were there for me with a smile. I would definitely use the location again for events or just a night away from home.

Was there for a two night stay and had a great experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the hotel was nice and quiet. We had room service one night, the food was good and not too expensive in my experience. If I had any complaints, it would be that there are those typical "no support" pillows...you know the ones. They simply collapse when you lay your head down. I think they're what you'll find at most hotels these days. But hey, if you're that sensitive or have neck problems, just bring your own. That's what I should have done anyway 😂. Great hotel, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back if we're in that past of the state again.

We absolutely loved the one night we stayed at this location last weekend! It is a beautiful hotel, and was extremely clean! The desk staff greeted us very warmly every time we passed by any of them and the pool was great and in a beautiful location! Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, and close to the events we were attending while in town! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff that maintain such a lovely hotel!

This hotel is about 10 minutes from the Airport. There is another hotel across the street, but this one is surrounded by trees so you wouldn't even know it was there. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The cookies were delicious. The room and area were nice and quiet. The bathrooms have large bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. I tried the lotion, and it a slight herbal scent, which I found to be pleasant and a nice touch so that it can be universally used. Just note that it IS scented if anybody in your party is allergic to any scents or sensitive to smell.
I also appreciate that there are 4 pillows on the bed as I like to make a nest of pillows when I sleep.

Hotel itself was difficult to get to. GPS was taking us to the back of the hotel and this was not displayed on the property. Several driveways around the hotel were blocked off. Pool area was nice and water was perfect. Pool did close on the earlier side.
Lobby was very nice and welcoming. Rooms were somewhat outdated, however bed was amazing! Water pressure felt great!

We stayed for 2 nights in mid-June. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly. Gotta love the cookies! There is a bar/restaurant on-site. We did not eat but had a drink at the bar and the bartender was personable. There is a nice courtyard with an outdoor pool and sun lounging area. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby and the location is convenient to the mall and airport. I would stay here again if in the area.
