Hustling bustling but felt like a hometown diner like I had hoped. So many great options, it was hard to choose. I'd like to go back for some eggs benedict or shrimp n grits soon!
The pic attached was a seasonal dish with corn bread fritters, sweet mashed potatoes, black beans, cotija cheese, and eggs. Delish!

Love the atmosphere with hard wood floors and brick walls. The service was outstanding as someone was always coming by to check on things. Looks like servers took responsibility beyond their tables. The food was amazingly fast and fresh. The coffee was great. I had the pumpkin pancakes. OMG! Not overdone, creamy and silky in the middle. Not too much love. THE BEST PUMPKIN PANCAKES EVAH!!! Read my reviews, I am a foodie and don't just throw out compliments. You gotta go here. Why did my daughter not introduce me to this 5 years ago? Only downside are the grits. Made with water and tasted watery, no salt or pepper which was surprising for for being in the deep south. Either way, biscuits and gravy are awesome along with the eggs. I appreciate the portions are just right! I will be back. I want the recipe for those pancakes......pleassssee!

The best bisquit & gravy breakfast ever! Had the old school vibe with decor. The wait staff was awesome. The price was very fair. I'm going back tomorrow, lol. We're not local , visiting family. Free parking in their lot.

Such a good reliable breakfast place. It serves all day but I just happen to always go for breakfast. Always friendly, helpful servers who go out of their way. I love the family friendly feel, old dinner ethics and aesthetic and they way they run their business. One of those places I am happy to leave my money.
It ll be a wait though on a weekend for breakfast. Right on 9th street, even a small parking lot right off the street.

Your friendly neighborhood diner, man.
Warm greetings at the door, attentive waitresses, and speedy service. Patrons seemed sweet as well talking to one another at different tables.
Ordered soft scrambles with sausage patties, two pancakes and a side Caesar. The orange slice was a bit dry but nothing to complain about, everything else was on point. Didn’t need lunch afterwards.

Cute little diner. Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday and it was quite busy. We sat at the counter and the service was fast and the servers were friendly. The bathroom was clean. We'll visit again when we're in the area.

Excellent!!! Had the waffles 🧇 with the warm blueberry compote. It was so very fluffy and light with fantastic flavors 😋. The husband had a burger and was very pleased. There are so many choices that it's hard to decide.
Highly recommended 👌

We had a wonderful breakfast at one of our favorite breakfast places period. My wife had biscuits with sausage gravy and scrambled eggs and she loved! I had a 4 ingredient omelette with home fries and a side of their pumpkin apple bread! Fantastic! Don’t miss the bread. My omelette was really perfect- just the way I ordered it. This place rivals Brigs! Would highly recommend it!

I had omelette with sunflower bread and french toast, french fries and my friends had custom made omelette. We enjoyed the food and environment is good and we came early at around 8 am. so we had a quick bite otherwise need to wait for your turn. It’s worth waiting.
