Let me just say the hotel and the room were all great. But the front desk associate was new but very nice. She and I had discussed some policies and procedures and everything was good to go. Well the supervisor Alexander Taylor, not knowing she had already explained everything to me, began to rudely undermine her which made her look incompetent and obviously uncomfortable and then he began to chastise me. Again the associate and I had already handled the situation. It's not that he was wrong but he should have used that as a teaching moment for her outside of my presence and learn to speak to guests politely and professionally. The associate apologized he handled it the way he did and I apologized to her for this happening to her. He is definitely a supervisor who likes to throw around his authority and let it be known he's in charge. My staff and I will no longer be using this hotel. I stay with Marriott over 150 nights a year so I'm well aware this is not the standard of the brand.

Friendly staff at the front desk. The room was a good size and clean. The walls were super thin. You can hear everything next door.

The night shift auditor needs training in customer service. She just stared at us and gave us a look while we were trying to load our luggage in the trolley . The front desk staff here doesn't smile or greet you. Other than that, we liked our room

This hotel is tired and needs a complete refresh. The "restaurant" doesn't serve food and the breakfast is, meh. Despite that, the location is great, just off the interstate and close to a great Mall.

I booked this hotel last-minute without doing much research beforehand and was very satisfied with my stay. All of the staff members I interacted with were professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable (shoutout to the very kind front desk woman). The complementary breakfast had many options and was organized and well-stocked even near the end of the buffet time. My room was clean and comfortable. The atrium-style lobby is large, quiet, and served as a great in-between spot for while I was awaiting travel to my next destination. I highly recommend this hotel!

The lining on my bed didn’t smell as fresh as I thought it should. The breakfast choices could have been better. But all staff that I interacted with were very polite and friendly. The location for me was great, it was 15 minutes from where I had appointments. There’s a mall very close by and a wonderful fast food spot that’s available, right outside the hotel.
