We have had great experiences with Fink's. Brian was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He helped us find the perfect engagement ring, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and craftsmanship.
In addition, Brian assisted us in purchasing a couple of Rolex watches, which we also love. His attention to detail and customer service went above and beyond.

Wendy was fantastic to work with. She was nothing shy of friendly, patient, knowable, open-minded, and supportive of me and my fiancée. One thing we really appreciated was that Wendy was not pushy whatsoever, and let us do our own browsing, while answering all and any questions we had. It didn't feel like she was trying to sell us anything at all, but rather there to accompany us on our own wedding ring shopping and get to know us.

If you are looking at adding some nice time pieces to your collection or wanting to start a collection like I am, I highly recommend checking out Fink's Jewelers in The Streets of Southpoint Mall. I worked with Rebecca. I felt like she really cared about helping me find a nice watch. There was no sales pressure, nor did I ever feel like I was being rushed. I will definitely be going back when it's time for my next purchase.
