Mixed experience at this location. In town for a week-long training and stayed four nights. An early check in was accommodated which was appreciated. Unfortunately it took three attempts to get into a room. First wouldn't unlock, second was still being cleaned, finally worked on the third try. But found out later that the room ended up assigned and keys given to another guest as well. While the room I was in appeared clean, common areas needed attention. The same trash and debris stayed on the third floor hall my entire stay. I don't think they ever vacuumed. Painting and other maintenance work seemed to be scheduled during peak traffic times. Why not do jobs like painting in the first floor common areas later at night when guests are in their rooms? Workout facilities provided basic equipment to get the job done. Like other areas this space needed attention as well. Dirty blinds and drywall dust scattered about. Missing weights such as the 10 lb dumbells. Pool closed for part of this stay. In the parking lot there was a slick substance draining from a median. I ended up falling. Reported it and asked for the area to be marked off to alert others but nothing was done. Other guests in my training group reported issues with air and heating as well as non-working fridges in their rooms and the lack of cleaning. This place has potential but fell short this visit.
