We spent three nights here. The room wad clean and comfortable. But the best part was the friendly, considerate staff. The desk clerk Ray was indeed a ray of sunshine and so helpful and solicitous.

Stayed for a night, had a wonderful time. Check-in was a breeze, the room was spacious and clean, and I was comfortable the whole stay. Plus, breakfast was easy and free! The highlight was the staff; everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful, and I felt incredibly welcome. I'm not in this area often, but if I came back here this is the only place I would stay.

Excellent hotel for a few days; safe, quiet and convenient to downtown Chapel Hill and Durham. Excellent staff and clean rooms; comfortable beds and pillows. Clean bathroom, very spacious and the AC works great. Updated decor and everything worked as necessary. Would stay again!

I've stayed at many IHG properties and this one ranks at the top. Very clean campus, well maintained, and esthetically nice. My bedroom (king with sofa) was quite comfortable and spacious. Large foyer with large wall mirror. Small nook with fridge, microwave and coffee maker tucked away and out of way. Large bathroom with lots of get ready space. Speaking of bathroom, the hot water is hot and the water pressure is strong! The Dove amenities are a very nice touch of home away from home. The bath linens are on point. Bed is very comfortable. Soft and sturdy. Linens are very nice; lite, and soft. Pillows are a bit soft but didn't impact my sleep. Plenty of storage with the drawers and the large vanity. And lastly, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommend and will stay here in the future.
