We decibel feel as though this is a Motel 6 hiding behind the facade of a Holiday Inn Express! This particular hotel is not up to the standard of the other Holiday Inn Express we experienced in Suisun, California 2 and 3 short months ago which is why I chose to book not one but 2 rooms (one for my son and his wife)! The inside wall where the window is located the paint is peeling, the carpet is dirty where I feel my slippers will curl up like the wicked witch when the house fell on her; the toilet is so low you need a bar to hold on to get in and off of it, the wall by the tub mirrors the inside wall of the window frame. The phone hasn't been cleaned as there is something that looks as though it's been there for some time (cell phone is present however I definitely don't want to see other people's spillage. The decorum is horrible and the bed spread fits the king size bed like a size 2T T-shirt on a 5 year old (wish I could attach pictures). The only saving grace is the front desk clerk (Ms.) Allah (hope I've spelled it correct... she shares the name of the young singer) She was just as courteous in person as she was on the phone (spoke with her yesterday) Other than her professionalism and EXCEPTIONAL customer service, I, we, will never book a room or otherwise. I should have looked at the Hilton across the street had I known of its location before paying for the 2 rooms. I hope management sees this and makes corrective action IMMEDIATELY!

Nice hotel. Super quiet. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The hotel was very clean. This is a non smoking property. Check in and check out is very fast.

Varying breakfast options to choose from. Will be back!

I stayed here last weekend with my partner. The hotel was really clean! The bed was comfy and I liked the dove products in the restroom. The staff for the breakfast was super nice. I also enjoyed the complimentary water and cookies in the lobby. No weird smells and the elevator was fast and worked well. We will be back :)

This was not a planned stay. Our flight was diverted so we were placed here overnight. The staff was very friendly. Getting the shuttle from the airport was problematic and we ended up taking a cab for 35$. Hats off to Mario who stepped up and drove me to the airport when the shuttle was late for the pick up to the airport for my flight. I really appreciate it! The rooms could use a little sprucing up. Breakfast was decent. Not sure what the turkey sandwich I got was frozen solid. Not very tasty, but again, the staff was great.

This was not the original hotel that I was supposed to stay at during my time in Raleigh-Durham. I booked this reservation the same day. I arrived to the hotel about 30 minutes after I booked my room.
The initial front desk representative was very kind. She showed empathy when I told her my situation. She recognized that I was a club member and offered me complimentary snacks. My check-in was quick and seamless.
The hotel smelled amazing and very inviting. As I got to my floor, the cleaning staff on that floor greeted me as well. Walking into that beautiful hotel room, so clean and smelling so amazing, I could almost cry. The last hotel that I was at was horrible! It was such a breath of fresh air to be somewhere that believed in great customer service and cleanliness.
Each time I went to the front desk for something each staff member was kind. The staff member that helped me get a new key when I locked myself out LOL, the staff member that was there when I bought my late night snacks, and the staff member who checked me out. Everyone was so nice! They did not make me feel like a burden.
On top of all of that my breakfast was so good! The eggs were light and fluffy and the bacon was crispy and delicious! The staff working the breakfast area picked up my plate for me when I was done. I was not expecting that . That was so nice! It was nice not having to order anything or go anywhere. I will be coming back to Raleigh-Durham two more times this year and plans to stay here each time. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Overall quite good. The location is a bit cramped (parking lot, for instance) the rooms were good and clean. We had a fire alarm go off because of some smoke when they were making breakfast. I wish they would have turned it off sooner because it went like 5 times, waking everyone up and getting many out of their rooms.
But I’d still go back if the price was right!

The shuttle driver Nate was amazing, this started our trip off on the right foot. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good as well; nice variety. It is really nice that the shuttle will take you within 5 miles of the hotel. The hotel was great for a quick weekend and we enjoyed our stay.
