I am especially capitalizing that statement because words DO NOT JUSTICE to the wonderful, exceptional, and perfect experience with Mattie. After being proposed to and needing to adjust some things on my engagement ring, Mattie was super helpful, patient and amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my engagement ring. She communicates so well. She is personable and professional but makes the customer feel as though she is your best friend. She cares. I cannot stress that enough, SHE CARES ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON, NOT JUST A CUSTOMER. I will continue to purchase from this store, not just for myself but for my daughter and future husband, and my boys. I had an amazing experience buying my wedding ring from this Jared. I have a low set engagement ring so finding a ring that flushed nicely with mine was difficult. I had gone to other jewelry stores prior and they do not come close to the service I received from Mike. Mike spent time looking at my engagement ring, sketched out a potential custom ring, reviewed the customization process and then picked out rings in the store that could potentially be a good fit. One of the rings he picked out is now my wedding band. I highly recommend this Jared and working with Mike.

Eric, Terry and the rest of the team were nothing short of excellence, from the moment we first stepped in to when picking up the rings and after. My wife and I, had a bad experience at neighboring Jared, which left us with a terrible experience, but she loved the wedding band she found there. So we tried this Jared store even after not wanting to shop at Jared after the experience from another store. But Eric and his team, completely changed our perception. My fiance and I had a great experience at Jared buying my wedding band after some less than stellar experiences at a few of the stores at Southpoint Mall. Mike was extremely welcoming, and genuine. He was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and more within my budget. He patiently helped my fiance look at rings and was not pushy when he decided not to purchase yet. My ring is gorgeous and the resizing went great and only took 2 days. Picked it up today and it fits perfect!

Ever since I first walked in the doors here in 2021, I have been treated with nothing but respect! When I first met with Eric, I was 20, and I wasn't met with the same looks as I was at other establishments. I knew I was in the right place and have been working with Eric ever since! Everyone over there is extremely friendly and helpful in whatever needs to be done. I will continually be a client at this location due to the connection I have made with the lovely staff, including Eric. I'm proud to say that I have been married two years and counting now, and this location of Jared is our go-to spot, despite us living in Garner with much closer locations to us. I highly recommend coming to Jared and speaking with them at the very least. They will not disappoint.

Jared in Durham has been the best experience throughout my time of being their customer. Every time I shop there I am greeted at the door with friendly employees and smiles. One employee in particular that has went above and beyond my expectations on multiple occasions has been Eric. What a great group of people to work with!! We have bought thousands from them and they never disappoint. Even when it came to being in on a birthday surprise they executed flawlessly. Not to mention the thoughtfulness that they have around helping us choose the right rings, watches, etc. for any occasion. I had a custom ring made from two different rings and it is the most unique male wedding band I’ve seen. They are great from management on down.
