The floor was filthy, and the merchandise was a mess. Bins of fabric were in disarray. It needs to be cleaned and organized.

I went to Joann to find a thread to fix a hole in my teenager's favorite t-shirt. The cashier, an elderly woman, was super sweet. She didn't mind initially canceling the order and then re-ringing it, and she gave me her honest opinion on how to best repair the t-shirt.

My son and I drove 40 minutes, one-way, to go to this store because I had a 30% all non sale items and a 40% one item non sale coupons. One of the fabric cuts was two yards knit at $16.99 per yard and the Fabric Cutter Lady marked down one yard because it was not a full yard. She advised the other yard I could still use my 40% coupon on. I went to the Cashier and there was no one behind me in line so there was no excuse for the Cashier to be so impatient. Right from the start the Cashier young woman had an attitude and didn’t want to hear what I explained the Fabric Cutter lady had said. The Cashier young woman forcefully sighed and rolled her eyes and said it was on sale, mistaking the one yard mark down as being on sale after I had just explained the situation to her. She was in no mood to listen and I was in no mood to argue with a young woman who clearly didn’t want to listen. I lost 40% of $16.99, about $6.80, which would have helped pay for the fuel it took me to drive there. This young woman should be removed from the Cashier position and be assigned to restocking so she doesn’t run more customers off. She gets a zero rating and the Fabric Cutter lady, a Five rating, thus I am rating this store only three stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
