Edit x2: (3/22/25) felt like giving another update - I’ve been seeing Cedisha for about two years now and have no plans on ever leaving her. If you’re on the fence about giving Lax Lash a try take this as your sign to just go for it and book Edit: (5/16) I posted my review about 4ish months ago and just wanted to come back and say everything is still going great! I know sometimes businesses but their best foot forward at first and then it goes downhill but that is not the case here. Retention, customer service, atmosphere — all of it still as good (if not better) than day 1. I’ve been getting lash extensions for years now, I moved to the area about a year ago and have spent the entire time trying to find a new lash home. I stumbled upon Lax Lash on Instagram and decided to try it out and was thoroughly impressed. The retention has been great (even with me traveling and wearing lots of eye makeup). Cedisha also made it a point to customize the style to fit my taste and face instead of trying to fit me into some predetermined style. The studio is very clean and pretty - I even fell asleep multiple times during my appt because I was so comfortable. In my year in NC I have been to countless lash artists and lash studios trying to find someone who cares about my experience and lashes and I feel like this is that place. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re in the Triangle area!

I had an amazing experience with Lax Lash in Durham! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. My lash artist took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure to give me exactly what I was looking for. The lashes came out perfect—full, natural-looking, and long-lasting. I also appreciated how clean and comfortable the space was, and the service was top-notch. I’ve found my new go-to for lashes! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
