Liturgy started my food adventure on the absolute right foot. Some people would be amazed to hear that you can mess up something so simple as coffee but they're actually is a science to it and some people definitely do it better than others. The day I went to liturgy beverage company I didn't order my black cup of coffee I ordered a cortado. Yes it is much simpler than that mass retailers grande elevated machifentifrappe mix, the simplicity and complexity of the cortado that fine balance is usually missed by many. Maybe because I love coffee more than food and more than strolls in the park or the date night movie maybe that's why I am even writing this review. I didn't feel like I was in a food hall or a cafeteria while sitting at that coffee bar waiting for my drink. The smells, the sounds, you are present at that little coffee bar. It was intimate. It was precise.
