Ordered food for work. Tracker said food was ready. Left work to pick up and food was not ready ended waiting, then get back to work and I had the wrong sub. Ordered Italian and received meatball. Dinner ruined. People working were very personable and kept me updated but I didn’t need to leave work just to wait there.

I placed an online order and when I arrived my food was fresh and hot. Since I’ve been coming here I’ve never experience bad service yet. I love the vegetarian option as well. Will be returning as always

We enjoy eating here. The pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. The steak and cheese was not good at all. It has absolutely not flavor. The only issue I have is you really need to check your order. I have had several times where items were ordered and when we got home realized we never received them. Our orders are sometimes wrong as well. BUT the pizza is really good so we will continue to go there just make sure the check entire order before you leave.

I must say Marcos stands by their guarantee. After the incident I reported yesterday management got back with me today and straighten the whole situation out and gave me their apology. That takes a lot of heart and a serious adult to do something like that I love their professionalism. I will continue to do business with Marcos because I love their food and I just love everything about the store and the staff now Patrick the manager called himself and also the owner replied to my review and that means a lot as a customer. Taking the time out to answer a customer's complaint especially upper-level management and ownership is awesome that's a personal touch you don't get with my most businesses. So give them a try you won't regret it!

Extremely professional service all the time. For the price, this is the BEST takeout pizza.
Simply cannot beat their pies, they are always perfect! Food is delicious every time, will definitely keep coming back!

First time trying pizza from here, I will say it was good, pizza was great. We decided to get the special with two medium pizza cheeses bread and a 2ltr bottle. The only thing was that theirs only on person in the front, answering calls, taking walk in orders and handling the orders online pick up. It’s not about multitasking, it’s just it seems to be busy and for one person it’s not fair. I know a lot of places of short of staff and I get it, I just feel that they should have at least two people at the front helping each other making the customers come and go with their orders. But overall she was very nice and was patience.

We have always had their food delivered to us. The food we have had has been quite good…pizza, salads, cheesebread. It has become our “go to” pizza place when we are craving pizza.
