Enjoyed my stay. Just need to pay close attention to cleaning details like mirror, coffee box, or bed. Otherwise, pleasant experience. My checking guest relation was outstanding.

Thank you so much to the deck staff for helping me on sorting out some extra room charges not related to me so diligently and friendly! The room was really clean and quiet, you definitely will rest pretty well in this hotel. I only missed more personal attending the bar but in any case I recommend staying there.

Stayed here for business. Hotel is under renovation but overall stay was pleasant and renovations did not disturb my stay. They have new Pure rooms that have an air filtering system, see photos. The hotel store has plenty of options and was better stocked than most places. I don’t recommend Newtons restaurant, see my review of that separate.

I started a two night stay on a Friday evening. I arrived a little after 6pm. Ajah was the front desk staff who checked me in. She was extremely amicable. She provided the necessary information needed such as the hours for the restaurant in the hotel & 24/7 market along with the location of fitness center. She noted the regular fitness center is closed but they have a makeshift one. They have signage indicated that from 9am-6pm, there will be noise due to building repairs. I was given 2 water bottles as well. There was a $50 per night refundable deposit for incidentals. When I checked in on the app, it indicated there was a $10 charge for self parking but I wasn’t charged for parking, which I was happy about since they have a large lot. Although many events occurred that weekend, the hotel and lot wasn’t busy. My room was on the 6th floor. When I walked in, I smelled fresh air as if a window was open. The room was clean. The closet was locked but there was a clothes rack nearby with hangers, an iron, and ironing board. The bathroom was beautifully updated. They have barn style doors for the bathroom which adds to the aesthetic. The issue is that the barn door isn’t on the guide which allows the door to be pushed out and swing. vs only moving left to right. The room had the typical amenities with a mini fridge, coffee pot, etc. While there isn’t a microwave in the room, there is one in the lobby that is accessible 24/7. The bed was soft and enjoyable. There were 4 pillows. The TV was large and had ability to connect to Netflix, which I did do since they had limited cable channels. I would note that the toilet in the bathroom made a weird noise every time it was flushed. The noise occurred in short intervals for a couple minutes. While not disruptive, it was odd. The clock was not set to the correct time as well. I did receive housekeeping services, which wasn’t expected but appreciated. Check out was quick and easy. The lady who checked me out with courteous.

I love the updates they’ve done to this property! I’ve been a long time member of Marriott and former employee. Christina was amazing and accommodating, I will always choose this property when I need a staycation!

They go out of their way to make sure we have a great experience. The staff is top notch, rooms are clean, and it is in a good location. It’s a go to place when I’m in town to stay over other high end hotels. The bar is a bit high but it’s a super fun place where you meet the best people.

We had a good stay at the Marriott last night. If you're luck to have Troy at the front desk he'll take great care of you. He was such a kind and professional representative yet, real and grounded. Great guy! The mattress, on the other had must have been from the early 1970's. Time to replace the mattresses in your rooms Marriott.

The rooms were nice, my toilet was clogged and it over flowed, they fixed it but housekeeping never came. Had to go downstairs for new towels. Asked to get my sheets changed and it never happened.

I have nothing but praise for this Marriott Property! I showed up after being booked by the marriott reservation hotline at the overbooked delta across the highway. That being said, I was rebooked here and that was a blessing in disguise! Staff was VERY welcoming and friendly. I believe her name was Christine, she was very attentive and helpful to a band that had arrived tired and half asleep to the property. That being said the staff here provided excellent service. To my dismay, I left my iPad at this property and I called back urgently as I was standing in line at airport security. They quickly had my iPad ready to pick up at the lobby and provided and smooth, seamless and amazing stay! This property is definitely A1! Also, rooms are updated, clean and provide an excellent nights rest!

The rooms need deep cleaning and upgrades. There were holes in the wall. Bathroom back of door and back splash need CLEANED! Be aware that they are charging $10 p/d to park your car. They didn't even ask for make or model, just making an extra buck with no parking lot security. The front desk person was rude when we questioned it. Elevator had a rancid smell to it. Overall quality is not much for the exorbitant price.

Great atmosphere! Stayed there for business week, and solely ate at newtons lounge. Bar staff was really nice greeting me personally every time I ate. Also surprised how involved restaurant manager was. He was always available if I had any minor issues. I think his name was Paul. He had everything running smoothly. Room was nice and front desk helpful. Overall clean hotel.

This was a very nice hotel - all of the people working there were friendly and helpful. Our family went for a work trip and my children were able to enjoy the pool all day, all to themselves. The bar/restaurant area in the lobby is modern and vibrant, the convenience area near the front desk is well stocked with snacks and drinks for purchase. My only complaint (and note for families) - the bathroom door in the guest rooms doesn’t lock. It is sliding barn-door style and there’s no way to secure it. This isn’t a problem for most of their clientele - from what I can tell it’s mostly business people on work trips. However, if you’re traveling with a family that can present come challenges. The rooms are on the small size but they use all the space effectively. If I had a reason to be in this area again I would come back.

Maybe I got a bad room. Their sink and shower was slow to drain. Tried to call room service only to find the phone not hooked up. Wasn’t impressed. Did get it addressed but a few days later the sink was slow draining again. Guy at the breakfast service was attentive and nice as was most of the front desk staff. Housekeeping was underwhelming. The last 4 days of my stay they just cleared the trash but didn’t make the beds like the did during the first half of the stay. Breakfast was too pricey and not included. Also you have to go to Hilton next door to do any laundry yourself. This is cumbersome.
