I really love the aestetic here. Everyone is so nice and I love all the options they give you for your boba. I've never seen a boba restaurant offer double boba and that's perfect for me. Also, I love the "Boba addiction recovery fund" jar. It adds the perfect touch. 😅

I absolutely love this place! Shoutout to MEG, who is absolutely amazing every time I'm there!!
I'm trying to go through the entire menu, and so far, I'm convinced there's not a bad item on there! My favorite is their hot black tiramisu winter seasonal! It's really good on a cold night!!

Wish I could remember the staff member that took my order this afternoon, she was so helpful and welcoming. She gave me some recommendations of what to order and they were perfect. Kids loved the rolled ice cream and my tea was so good.

first time coming here and it was great! they unfortunately were out of matcha so i settled for the strawberry dalgona bubble tea. it was strawberry and espresso flavored which was an interesting yet delicious combo! i highly recommend coming here and ordering this!
would come again in the future.

Fantastic. Warm service, trendy decor, and delicious flavors. Love the option to order curbside-really helpful for people in a rush or with kids in the car etc. who don't want to get everybody out just to quickly run in

I walked in to a really friendly greeting! I was informed of the wait time for my order and comfortably waited with my sister, some nice tunes playing in the background. The birthday cake ice cream and Thai milk tea with boba were Awesome!!Generally, loved it!❤️

The tea was great but if I remember correctly, there was only 1 machine to use for placing orders and other customers who came in were directed to it versus being able to place an order at the counter. It felt like a detached experience as no one greeted me (or others who walked in afterwards), a small line built up at that 1 ordering station, and no one thanked me for stopping in/ordering...
I'd try it again because like I mentioned, it was good tea, but I also appreciate a bit more hospitality when spending my money. It'll be worth another shot.

While most know MilkLab for the amazing drinks, the lychee hand rolled ice cream is just as amazing, seriously every bite is divine and MilkLab has Lychee ice cream all year
round and the only place in the Triangle that I know that has it! It is my go to and a recommendation I have shared with many and they enjoy it as well :)

I’ve been coming here for at least 2 years and will keep coming back :) I love the flexibility in ordering options: levels of ice, sugar, and a variety of milk alternatives. They also offer unique add ins, including grass jelly. The new self service kiosk is handy if you’re introverted or want to take a couple of extra minutes. If you eat dairy, try the milk cap with a lightly sweet drink. It’s delicious!
