My sister and I had a very very odd interaction with the man at the front desk. He didn’t seem very excited to be there… but Grace was our game master and she was very lovely! We didn’t finish our room but it was a lot of fun. Thanks Grace!

First things first the only reason this review is not a 5 star review was due to the cleanliness of the facilty and the gentleman working the front desk was very unpleasant maybe he was having a bad day but still very unprofessional. The girl that was helping us grace was an absolute pleasure to work with. We did not escape. We did however have a great time. The puzzles were a lot harder than I expected. Definitely solvable we were just over thinking things. The story line was fun. We were vampire hunters. Some of the puzzles are really easy if you're willing to test the limits. There are do not touch stickers on just about every prop. So when one puzzle requires you to touch things just be willing to think outside the box. We will definitely go again.

4 out of 5 because of cleanliness and the guy at the front desk. The bathroom is horrible. Mold and ick was dripping out of the faucet and I dont even want to talk about the toilet. The dude at the front desk clearly hates his job in customer service. Grace with the SpongeBob hoodie is absolutely amazing! The Dracula room is really hard but a total blast! The clues are hard but no unsolvable. Thanks for the great time!!

Very fun, well organized rooms. Staff did a great job explaining the procedures, were polite, and they were ready for our appointment time.
My only suggestion would be to inform people of how many rooms there are for their selected escape theme. Either that or providing an estimated time to spend per room would be useful. This would help customers budget their time more wisely if they’re aware of how much progress they’re actually making. But I suppose that’s also part of the fun! Great place, will definitely return :)

Staff was really nice, room was clean and well put together! My only complaint is the scoring system had the Sasquatch room rated a 7/10 (the only lower room was 6/10) which I thought would be mildly difficult for casual puzzlers but was super, super linear and easy. It only took us about 20ish minutes (I know, probably not as fast as it would for some folks) but there was never really a moment where we were tripped up. I just thought it would be more challenging and the room felt like it was more for kids or families. I'd consider booking with Mission Games again but would probably call and ask more questions about the difficulty of the room I was choosing!

Amazing escape rooms! Jonathan was the best game master and we really enjoyed the the rooms. 100% recommend!
