I was gifted a gift card, so I wanted to check this place out. I was excited to see it was Black-owned.
I ordered chili cheese fries and BBQ chicken ranch. Maybe we came on the wrong day; it was not good at all. Dry and hard. I should have known. When I walked in, I was trying to get help; only one person was on the clock, and it was hard to get her attention. She was sweet and helped me.

The loaded fries are truly loaded. The fries are made to order and fresh. We had the Philly Cheese Steak Fries and Honey Garlic and Steak Fries. You receive a great portion of fries, which are seasoned well and the fried to the perfect temperature.
Please go check it out! You will not be disappointed. Customer service is great, friendly and respectful

Really good service, John was great! The food is awesome, flavorful and the fries are crispy!! Bonus they are very accommodating to food allergies/ sensitivities! The drinks they make in house are also sweet and delicious.

thank you for taking the time out of your closing schedule to treat us to the best fries we’ve ever had. We just flew in today, we were starving, we immediately headed to the best spot durham has to offer i ofc asked if he was available to take one last order and to give us whatever he has easily accesible. None the less what he prepared was made with so much love and pride, I have no complaints!! 10/10 💕

I had the pleasure of trying the Honey Garlic Chicken Loaded Fries from Mr. Fries in Durham, NC, and it was a delicious experience! 🍗🍟 The fries were perfectly crispy and loaded with tender chicken coated in a sweet yet tangy honey garlic sauce. The balance of flavors was spot-on, with just the right amount of sweetness and garlic kick. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the portion size was generous. 😋
To wash it down, I had their Triple Threat drink, a refreshing blend of lemonade, fruit punch, and tea. 🍋🍓🧋 The combination was unique and perfectly balanced—sweet, but not overpowering, with a nice tea finish. It complemented the fries really well and made the meal even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu! Highly recommend if you're in the Durham area. 👍🔥

The best explanation of the menu by the manager I've ever experienced at any level of dining! The store was very clean like it just opened. Staff was kind especially as they trained a new employee, giving him direction and kindness to him on his first day. I use to think the Atlanta location was good but this is the golden goose here. Very good experience even though my car was towed 😆.

Good eats, chill atmosphere. The self services is awesome. Let's the people making the food work uninterrupted. They're still nice and friendly, though.

My sister and I stopped in for dinner. The gentleman helping us was pleasant and accommodating. He took time out to go over the menu with us. I enjoyed my shrimp and chicken fries. The sauce that topped it was delicious. This was my second time visiting this establishment. They have consistent exceptional customer service and consistent delicious food. If you haven’t been yet…what are you waiting for? 😋
