To be fair, they were busy and would have a longer wait for inside seating so we opted to sit outside on a warm December day. Our coffees just too awhile to come out, but not a problem. The coffee was delicious, if you have the chance to try their seasonal, I got the salted pistachio mocha. (The spice pear latte was much too sweet for me and heavy on the cinnamon flavor, unless you’re into it) for crepes, the avocado club was fantastic! Highly recommend, and honestly you can’t go wrong with a crepe. Cheers!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekday brunch at PRESS. The Blue Ridge Crepes and Chocolate and Orange Cappuccino were fantastic. Definitely check it out.

This place was fantastic. They said it would be an hour and a half wait for 7 people it was maybe 46mins so we walked around the area. I got The chick and pig crepe with two eggs on top, drinks were the flat white coffee and spiced cranberry mule. Everything was perfect. The staff was delightful, the food was absolutely hands down amazing. Could not have been happier.

PHENOMENAL catering experience. I have long been a lover of PRESS, so it was a no-brainer to have them cater breakfast on the morning after my wedding. We had about 60 guests at our overnight venue, The Barn at Valhalla, and PRESS came onsite with several chefs to constantly replenish a buffet of 3 savory and 2 sweet mini crepe options. The crepes were just as delicious as they are in the restaurant, and I loved being able to try them all! My guests RAVED about how good they were. We also had a vegan guest, and they bought a special batter for him and made sure that he got what he needed. This was a true highlight of my wedding weekend. The presentation was great, and it was so lovely to have a plate of warm crepes on a cool, sleepy autumn morning after one of the best days of my life. Leading up to the wedding day, the PRESS catering staff was very responsive to my questions and were very kind to adjust the guest count several times up until a week before the catering date. Usually I have negatives to share in my reviews so that people know they're honest, but I truly have nothing negative to say about this experience. I almost liked the morning after the wedding more than the wedding itself!!

This café is a must-visit for its outstanding service, delicious food and excellent coffee. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience memorable. The menu features both classic and creative options, perfect for any taste. It gets busy before 11 a.m., so expect a wait, and parking can be difficult. Despite the rush, the quality and atmosphere make it well worth the visit. Thank you folks

This place is fabulous. I had the Corned Beef bowl and a Cortado. Rare to find a breakfast place with good espresso drinks! I also asked to swap out the potatoes for their hashbrown waffle, which I was itching to try. So good. Could have done without so many green peppers, and it was delightful. Go early on the weekend. Every seat was full within 15min when we went on a Saturday.

We got sweet Nutella crepes, cheesecake crepe, and I got the herbivore crepe. It was very tasty and the crepe wasn't super thin. The veggie fillings were overall fresh, but I'm sure the artichokes were from a can and one artichoke piece was hard to chew. The herbivore with mojo chimichurri type sauce and goat cheese is definitely tangy so may not be for everyone. Price is average $12-17 for a crepe. Portion size is pretty much for one adult not too much not too little. It's a huge venue and can get noisy inside. There are 2 clean bathrooms available. We waited 35 minutes for our food to arrive during brunch on Saturday. Staff are pleasant.

I like Press, they have unique cafe drinks and pretty good breakfast food.
The vegan queso isn't great and the breakfast potatoes were greasy. Sometimes my order takes pretty long to come out, even on slower days with less customers.
Overall it's a nice spot for a quick bite and drink, but not my favorite cafe in Durham.

LOVEEEEED IT! It is downtown so parking is not exactly the most convenient in the world. Also they don't offer soda. However, they do have a bar, coffee, tea and other assortment. No kids menu. But my son enjoyed his crepe. We got the Comfort style? I think that's the name. I had mine with sausage and he had his with bacon. Most of the staff is friendly and diverse. Can't wait to go back!

PRESS is a success!! Go to brunch place with friends. Love how there’s plenty of savory and sweet crepe options as well as other breakfast items. While there usually is a wait on weekends, I noticed the actual wait time is less than the estimated wait, especially for smaller group sizes. Country hash crepe was fantastic and extremely filling. Will definitely come to PRESS again

I went to press this past weekend for brunch. I loved the atmosphere and food was great! There was a wait but we grabbed a coffee at the bar before we were quickly seated! I would definitely stopping here for brunch on your trip to Durham!

Really good food! The wait time on Sunday morning was a bit, but worth it. The food was really good and filled us up, and was different than what we'd consider normal brunch, there were a lot of unique options! The stuff french toast, which is a stuffed crepe, was delicious!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Press in Durham, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a fantastic brunch. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the mimosas—each one was perfectly crafted with just the right balance of champagne and fresh juice, making them a delightful treat from start to finish.
The brunch menu at Press is a standout, offering a diverse selection of dishes that cater to all tastes. I opted for the classic Eggs Benedict, and it was executed flawlessly. The hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. My companions enjoyed the avocado toast and the French toast, both of which were equally impressive in flavor and presentation.
Service at Press was exemplary. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and their knowledge of the menu helped us make the best choices. The attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout our meal.
Overall, Press in Durham is a gem that excels in every aspect of brunch dining. The combination of exceptional mimosas, delectable food, and stellar service makes it a must-visit spot for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon.

Resturaunt is beautiful with a wonderful ambiance. The drinks were also good.
The food, however, was not good. We ordered the Harvest and Southern Style crepes. The Southern Style lacked flavor, and the Harvest was overwhelming to eat and became borderline bitter. The quality of the ingredients was very high, which makes the poor composition even more disappointing.
I hope this was a one-off experience and to try again if I'm back in NC.

I found this restaurant on Google when looking for a new breakfast place. When I walked in the hostess was very nice, I was able to get a table immediately. I was served water and was able to order my food with a QR code - which I think is a nice feature. I ordered the salted pistachio mocha and the southern crepe. I loved the creaminess of the latte, and if I could drink this everyday I WOULD. It’s not as bitter as other coffees like an americano, it’s on the sweeter side (just something to be aware of). The crepe was amazing , everything was cooked perfectly. Staff was nice and friendly. Only downside is the parking - it’s in downtown Durham so you have to pay for parking, but honestly it’s soooo worth it.

When there for the first time and can’t wait to go back. The inside is very busy but understandable due to their popularity. Our party decided to move to the patio and the ambience was impeccable. Our server even brought us a blanket in case we got cold. I ordered a vegetarian crepe and due to lack of seasoning it was very bland. We shared this feedback with our server, and she thanked us.
The peach latte however 🤌🏾
