This is where you want to go right after a long, stressful day at work! I stopped by and used the hydromassage table for 10 minutes, had a reiki session and shopped for some crystals and stones. I will have to go back for a massage and foot soak! The staff is very knowledgable and handpick the stones themselves. They helped me find just what I was looking for and I can't wait to go back.

Love R3 Wellness and the extremely helpful staff! Felt taken care of as soon as I walked in and ended up having a great conversation with the owner Angela while there. Their gem collection is extremely impressive and make great gifts! I also purchased their natural air freshener which has a great, relaxing scent. Way better than the artificial scented garbage most stores sell. Go check out R3!

R3 Wellness is truly wonderful!! They have so many incredible options there - like the Hydroworx Evo underwater treadmill with warm water. This is just perfect for so many things like: rehab for an injury, or really for anyone looking to gain strength without strain or all the weight bearing on joints. I feel so fortunate that I discovered R3 Wellness! Additionally, the owners Angela and Jeff are so nice, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I look forward to seeing them each time.
