If you've ever wanted to try kettlebells, Betsy Collie is the best person with whom to get started. Whether you are a beginner or a lifelong fitness enthusiast, you'll learn things about your body and get stronger by working with Betsy. She's in a league of her own as a trainer! Her knowledge of physiology, ability to coach, inspire and connect with her students is exceptional. After more than a decade of running and working out with weights, I finally took the plunge to try a kettlebell workout with Betsy. She was patient and knowledgeable and makes sure you get the form right. After that, doing here workouts are just challenging enough that you know you are getting stronger, but not so bad that you can't move the next day. Adopting kettlebell workouts 2-3 times a week, I found I felt great every day when I woke up, added muscle, and had improved mobility. Don't wait!

I have been working with Betsy Collie at Rapid Results Fitness for nearly five years, taking classes at the gym and at home on Zoom. At 70 years old, I'm stronger and as mobile as ever. Betsy has an extensive knowledge in strength training, and if I find any movement difficult or painful, she has an uncanny ability to pinpoint the problem and address it before it causes an injury. Highly recommended.

Training with Betsy at Rapid Results Fitness has been a game changer for me. Her training helps my body stay strong and supple. Betsy is also a great teacher and emphasizes correct form which is so important in avoiding injury. Betsy provides a low-key environment in which to do some hard work. It’s a great combo! Love the variety of workouts and the fact that the classes feel cumulative. You’ll always know how to perform at least a couple of exercises and learn something new every class.

Betsy is hands-on the most meticulous and dedicated trainer I ever had. I have been a loyal RRF member for years and with Betsy's coaching techniques I feel that my body is doing great and I feel fit and in excellent shape and health. Betsy takes time to explain why we are doing certain exercises, the mechanics, and how they benefit our bodies. I am grateful to be able to train with Betsy at RRF.

I couldn't ask for a better trainer than Betsy Collie. Challenging yet doable workout plans for every session, with enough variety to keep me interested and a methodology and system that keeps me on track with my fitness goals. I also appreciate the community she's built and I feel a part of, learning as I go. I truly appreciate Betsy's expertise and encouragement. It's made a real difference!
