I ordered takeout from the 7007 Fayetteville Rd, Durham, ,I didn't get her name but the server that took my order was so polite and professional. I ordered two ribeyes. My husband ordered medium rare and it was perfect. I however, order well done and was so disappointed. The pink center that received was just not what I expected. Ruth's Chris has always gotten my steak perfect. This was just not what I wanted to experience for the price.

The service was great. My food was good but my filet was a little over cooked, but I was able to still eat it.

Birthday celebration. The steak didn’t come out with the sizzling plate and it didn’t have the butter on it. First time that had happened to me.
