We got into the hotel late last night, around 11pm. Ricky greeted us at the hotel van asking about our flight and just overall very friendly and welcoming. At the checkin desk with Adel was the very same. This pair of guys were fantastic. I got a room with someone already in it, which happens, I travel a lot and it wouldnt be the first. They were apologetic and rectified it swiftly. Overall I would stay here again just for those two

My church hosted a Valentine's Day party here. The food was good and the catering staff were attentive. Plenty of parking and the room we used was nice size.

We stayed here for an event and it was a pretty quick check in. The staff have all been very friendly and professional. The hotel just needs a makeover. There's a huge portion of paint and wood missing from the bottom of the bathroom door in our room, the bathroom door doesn't even close without popping the handle back up into place. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor, I'm talking puddles when you get out. There is no fan for airflow in the bathroom so the toilet is constantly covered in condensate and drips all over the floor. Anywhere there should be caulking, it needs desperate attention. When guests leave they really need to use vacuum attachments to get up around the edges of beds and furniture. There was so much debris around the beds. The rooms are spacious. Even in the two queen room we didn't feel cramped which I appreciated. The carpets need cleaned, my kids socks were filthy just from the room floor. Beds weren't too soft, I like firmer beds so that was also much appreciated. Plenty of lighting. The window was a bit dirty and also needs a fresh coat of paint on the trim. Overall the hotel just needs some updates cosmetically. We enjoyed our stay. It's in a very nice shaded area too.

Rooms are okay. They are spacious but standard! If you planning to work from hotel room for any reason, setup is not that good. Overall its okay! Closer to airport and most offices.

Beautiful hotel and great for Large gatherings. Staff is incredibly friendly. Plenty of amenities. Only issue is with maintenance and the need for make some repairs/updates; the same elevator has been broken for 2 years (it’s a main elevator), the buttons on the elevators don’t always light up, so you may not know what floor you’re going to stop at. The bedding feels cheap- not the softest or most comfortable. A great place to stay if you need a convenient location and wonderful staff and amenities.

I was stuck for 2 days due to weather. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the situation great. I cannot thank them enough for how amazing they were to a stranded lady. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, the ones who worked the counter and small side restaurant coffee bar made me feel welcome and chatted to give me some company. The shuttle drivers were so sweet, offering to take me to near by stores if I needed any supplies. The manager Grant checking on me making sure I had everything I needed. Hands down best place to be stranded until flights resumed.

My husband attended a conference here at the Sheraton Imperial. This is a very nice place, there is a bell hop available to help with your luggage checking in and out. There is a restaurant here but is closed on weekends but there is a small bar area you can order food and drinks. There are no microwaves in the rooms there is one in the lobby anyone can use. The refrigerator is in the closet along with the coffee pot.

Room is good setting. Wifi is stable. Restaurant services are wonderful. But house keeping is terrible. Liquid soap was completely out when I checked in. Tea bags and paper cups were never resupplied to my room during my stay. Tissue was out but no resupply.

I came here a Christmas party event my husband company was having and was a very nice hotel inside and out! Looks very clean and well taken care of and was worth going! Definitely recommend you book a room or event here! I 100% would!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The service was truly above and beyond, with staff members going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was particularly grateful for the assistance of Mike Fletcher, the food director, who helped coordinate a large team dinner for our soccer players. The room setup was both stylish and practical, providing plenty of space to relax. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and getting to the soccer games. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Crystal Smith the front desk agent, is a gem!! There were a few issues with the shuttle and Crystal more than made up for it. She was extremely professional, accommodating, and her customer service is top tier. Before my interaction with Crystal I had no intention of staying at this location again but now, I can’t wait to see her again. She is the PERFECT person to be the first point of contact at this location and deserves recognition for her exemplary service!

Staff was kind and pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is access to a fitness center next door and nice pool. The hotel itself is outdated but still great stay! Coffee bar opens early, good barista service and dining area and food is reasonably priced and very good.

It was just a little tricky getting into the parking lot following the map; we could have gone straight through the light, but it guided us in a second entrance. I wish there were some more handicapped parking spaces near the front door, but there were some on the sides. The rooms were very nice, the showers refreshing and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were here for a conference and they eye very attentive to all of our needs. The lunch was a simple brown bag sandwich, but that could have been what was selected by our group. We will definitely be back and I would not hesitate using this location for a future event.
