This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is amazing and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I love the work out room and the pool. I am already booking my next stay in Durham/ Raleigh here!

We stayed 4 nights to attend a convention next door at the Sheraton and I honestly cannot complain, rooms are spacious and clean, staff was smiling and friendly, breakfast was good, no one bothered us and we had a blast! Convention next year is at the same venue and I'll most likely be staying here again.

Only gave Service a three, but it has nothing to do really with the service. It’s just that you don’t have any water when you walk into the hotel lobby that should be one of the first things that you see. We’re normally just getting off a plane we’re thirsty. It’s usually warm. You’ve been rushing and all you have is a six dollar bottle of water. You have got to be kidding. You have a filtered water fountain, but you can only use it during the brunch or breakfast time from 6 to 9 to fill up your container if you have one or cup or something, but what would be nice is to have a huge container of water filled with ice with fruit floating around in it lol with complementary cups so that you could help yourself. A few of your neighbor hotels are doing this and it makes all the difference in the world to me and others but this is my opinion. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. The location is great. Just do something about that. No water problem. Summer is coming.

We chose this location as it was close to RDU. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the gal refilling the breakfast was friendly. The night and morning gals at the front desk weren’t overly friendly, but they weren’t rude.

This is a great place to rest from your journey. Meets all the high standards of Marriott. Tucked off the beaten path just enough to be semi secluded but not enough to be inconvenient. Lots of great eats within 3 minutes. Everything was clean, contemporary and ready for guests. Because of all the convenient online apps Marriott utilizes, I had no interaction with staff. I simply went to my room, slept, had a nice breakfast and left. Reservation, room key and check out are all online, if you prefer.

The service was top notch, Dennis the Manager, Kim and Emanuel. The entire staff provided excellent customer service. It started with the shuttle from the airport the lady who picked me up was kind and patient. I will for sure stay there again when I am in the Durham area. If there was a scale to 10 I would give them a 10 for my stay.

I have to start by saying we got in extremely late, after 1am. Flew across the country and only found a Wendy’s or McDonald’s open. Got to the hotel, the glass door was locked. The guy behind the counter was helping someone else and just looked over at me and ignored that I was there. I’m on crutches. Another patron saw me there and walked over to open the door for me. Check in was fine, I had already done the mobile check in. He didn’t mention that I was a Gold Elite member, not that it really means anything, I just always get surveys asking if they greeted me and recognized being a member. The parking lot was almost completely full with several people double parking so they didn’t get door dings and an Enterprise box truck taking up 6 spots. He was nice enough to walk the property and locate a spot that we could fit an Expedition in. My daughter had to crawl across the seats to squeeze out the driver side. He then made a comment under his breath that sounded like he was telling my wife that she should have let her husband park. That just pissed her off the rest of the night. There was plenty of tables so we ate our nasty Wendy’s in the lobby. A huge plus was they sold cold beer and wine from their little market. The room was fine, nothing fancy but it was great for the 5 of us with 2 doubles and a trundle. The bathroom sink area didn’t have a door so my wife couldn’t get ready without shining a light on those that were sleeping. Overall it wasn’t bad, but will definitely look at other hotels next time we fly in/out of RDU.

5 stars for weekday daytime crew's hospitality. The employee who provided early check-in was great with guests. It creates a pleasant atmosphere even in observation alone but also personal experience with the employee. The facilities team, housekeeping, and f&b team encountered around the property also showed great hospitality.
Surprisingly, the only group that did not showcase an attitude of hospitality were a the handful of other team members encountered at the front desk plus a couple others who speared to be done form of manager or storehouse. While hospitality may not have been the focus four these first-facing individuals, every last person provided good guest service. At this price point, that is exceptional.

We had a great stay at Springhill. The staff is absolutely great.
The room was spacious enough for a family of 4 with a king bed size and a very comfortable sofa bed. Our room had a small kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Sink included which was perfect since we have 2 kids and needed to wash some bottles.
Shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The pool is kinda small but I liked the fact that they do have a patio area where you can sit and have a coffee or drink outdoors while you watch your kids while they play at the pool.
We ordered Buffalo Wild Wings and dominos and they do have delivery service to this hotel so that’s a plus.
Shuttle to the airport ran on time.
