I did the online survey about how great my experience was, but I forgot to mention how great Jim was during my visit on 12/26! He saw me perusing the aisles and asked what I was looking for. He have me great suggestions for a Chianti, Malbec and one for the brand San Gregorio. He’s a great employee to have.

Very nice selection of all kinds of wine. There were two different tasting stations that were nice to see. It was quite tasty. The store staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for a particular type of plum wine, and it was there. I couldn't find it, but a staff member asked if I needed help and found it quickly for me. Very nice store.

Bryce is the reason me and my husband shop at Total Wine in Durham. He has been so very kind and tuned on to what we like in wine and hit the right recommendation every time (and never pushy). Wine tasting with Bryce is also precious because he shares abundance of wine knowledge in genuine wine lover's way (not as a robotic or on duty way). very friendly employees, and somehow the manager knew my first name even though I didn't remember ever meeting him before. hey as long as they keep the Bold Rock Imperial cider in the quick-grab cold case up front I'll keep coming back.
