Very nice selection of all kinds of wine. There were two different tasting stations that were nice to see. It was quite tasty. The store staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for a particular type of plum wine, and it was there. I couldn't find it, but a staff member asked if I needed help and found it quickly for me. Very nice store.

Bryce is the reason me and my husband shop at Total Wine in Durham. He has been so very kind and tuned on to what we like in wine and hit the right recommendation every time (and never pushy). Wine tasting with Bryce is also precious because he shares abundance of wine knowledge in genuine wine lover's way (not as a robotic or on duty way). very friendly employees, and somehow the manager knew my first name even though I didn't remember ever meeting him before. hey as long as they keep the Bold Rock Imperial cider in the quick-grab cold case up front I'll keep coming back.

Lots of wine choices. Beer selection has lots of to choose from but lacks in many imports. Customer service is minimal. A couple of customers and I spent several happy minutes discussing wines and beers and helping each other track down what we came for.
Nice store, over all.
The response from the owner ironically indicates the lack of attention to customers that I mentioned.

I have shopped at total wine at this location before and always get great service. Recently I met Daniel Hall the wine manager and he went above and beyond to help me shop for some Christmas and New Years gifts. Great knowledge and very helpful.

This place is amazing. Great selection, staff was very knowable and made two recommendations before Christmas that were a hit. Will definitely be back.
