Amazing service and great amenities. Very clean. TV is small, but who watches it anymore. Internet was solid. No breakfast, but coffee is free all day and there's a selection of several items from snacks to frozen meals. The shuttle was absolutely amazing and the driver is a joy! Was there for medical stuff and they let us leave our car and came back to get us even though we checked out that morning. 5* just for that.

Coffee bar is great, small selection of snacks etc in lobby. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle to hospital was convenient and pleasant. Rooms are adequate and clean. Suggest you bring your own pillows. Easy to order food delivery or Lyft from this location. Only complaint is the parking lot on the even numbers side of the building. The valets are constantly setting off car alarms to find cars. It’s quite annoying after awhile so get an odd number room if possible. Quiet at night during sleeping hours. Parking in the facility itself is a little tight so plan ahead for that. There is a parking garage across the street but not sure if it’s for the surrounding area or something in particular.

Okay this has been one of the best places to stay. The location is perfect reach to all Duke facilities. Staff was helpful, they have a great shuttle service that helped me out during a thunderstorm to a nearby office. They have decent snacks and coffee was pretty good too. The room was SO clean, no issues at all. I think it was the hard floors that made the difference. I forgot to take a pic of the room but 10/10 will be using this place again for business trips.

Hotels are just temporary rooms. Some are nicer than others and you get to pick that when finding and booking a hotel. What you cannot pick is the people who work there. The reception we got upon arrival was stellar! Cherriece the wonderful woman at the desk should get a raise. She made a real difference in our day. Money doesn't buy kindness, it can buy service, but kindness with good service is above that!

Lots of free, covered parking spaces next to the hotel entrance. Very convenient location, well lit. Front desk personnel was professional and courteous. The free breakfast was underwhelming. They had one banana, a couple of muffins, 2 boxes of cereal, and a couple of individual oatmeal. Extremely limited selection and I think they were old as my kids said the muffin was stale and the oatmeal was soggy despite cooking per box instructions. The room was sufficient but the towels were thin, hard, and smelled like mildew. The beds and pillows were comfortable but the blankets were thin and more on the cool side. I slept fine but spouse thought the bed was too hard. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very simple modern-looking hotel with a fridge and microwave in the room. Hot water and coffee are available all the time on the lobby. The hotel is super clean. The floors are engineered wood, not carpet, which makes it easy to keep them clean. The air is always fresh. Pretty large rooms. All essencials. Staff is nice and friendly. Parking is a bit hard, but overall, it's a great option for 2-3 days' stay.

This was a decent stay for a one night visit. It's an older, high-traffic hotel, but they obviously work to keep it clean and updated. Staff are cordial but not particularly friendly. Minimal extras or comforts. Beds are comfortable. Hallways have strong antiseptic smell -- clean but unpleasant. Room has old, musty smell, but very clean and surprisingly spacious. Be aware that if your room is next to the elevator (like ours was), you will hear the elevator most of the night (beeps, the doors opening and closing and people entering/exiting, the elevator itself moving up and down). I tried to switch rooms, but was told the hotel was full booked. It would have been better customer service to have at least offered a discount. Due to the high traffic and the location, it is rather noisy.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and very clean. A short walk to the main hospital. Very convenient location.
