I have food delivered a lot (fortunately/unfortunately) and this restaurant is by far THE BEST TO DATE that ive ordered from! The entrees Fried Fresh Mozzarella , Rigatoni Vodka w/fried chicken, Sicilian Rice Balls were delivered piping hot (just how I like it), the Vici's Famous Chopped Salad was cold and fresh, and the desserts Large Cannoli and Nutella Cheesecake were decadent and delicious! Authentic and cooked to perfection! Not exaggerating but everything was chefs kiss. Turned a cold and dreary day around. I will definitely eat here again!!!

This place is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet corner of Durham. The ambiance was cool and calm, with a beautiful neon green sign to light the way, against an equally beautiful wooden slatted wall. I believe they are known for their pizza locally, which I am absolutely going to try next time, seeing as this time we had the mussels with garlic white wine and butter sauce to start, the braised short ribs with gnocchi which were super tender in an amazing sauce, the mushroom tagliatelle, and the fettuccini Alfredo. Probably the best Alfredo sauce I’ve had that I can remember. The cannoli’s to finish with an espresso. Classic. So well done. Superb service with no wait. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It’s a must try for a date night.

I wish this place was closer to me! Anytime I work at one of the offices closest to Vici Ristobar, I have to get some lasagna. It is seriously perfect meat lasagna imo. If you are nearby to Hope Valley/751, don’t walk, run 🏃♀️ to Vici Ristobar for the best lasagna since your mama.

I can't overstate how delicious the food was when my daughters took us here during our visit. Overall delicious food and I appreciate being able to experience Italian dishes that go beyond pasta that you see everywhere else. The bread they bring you at the table was so nice with the provided olive oil. My wife agrees with my daughter in that they have the best fried mozzarella.

A friend recommended Vic’s chicken Alfredo and I placed a Togo order a few months ago. It was one of the best chicken Alfredo dishes I’ve had. The chicken was grilled and a lot better then other places. I’ll definitely add Vic’s to my list of places to visit and hope to try their lunch special too.

Really appreciate the atmosphere and service! April at the bar was awesome! The French 75 was light and refreshing! The Caprese Salad was so delicious!

Came here with my boyfriend and his parents and was so incredibly blown away by how good the food was! I got the vodka penne, and I am STILL thinking about it. I’ve had quite a lot of vodka sauce in my time, but it seriously may be the best. It was a little chilly inside with the fans on, but our server was very attentive and turned them off for us. The cheesecake was also delicious!

My book group had lunch here and everything was fabulous. They brought us a big plate of garlic bread with olive oil for dipping, and the meals were beautifully prepared and delicious. I needed something with no gluten and no dairy -- hard to get in an Italian restaurant -- and they made me a gorgeous cauliflower crust margarita pizza with fresh basil, homemade tomato sauce, pressed garlic, and excellent sliced sausage. Others had paninis with bowls of crisp salads on the side. The helpings were so large that we all took some home. I also want to compliment Vici on their bathroom, which was spotless and very well set up for someone with mobility challenges. I look forward to going back here for another great pizza soon!

This is truly one of the best Italian meals you can have in the local area. My wife and I get takeout from here every couple of weeks because it's just genuinely great. They appear to make their own pasta noodles, I've had both their chicken and eggplant parms and both were delicious, their pizza is fantastic, their apps are excellent. My wife loves their salmon. This isn't inexpensive, but it's also not cheap food - everything here is quality and super tasty. We both like supporting local businesses, but also businesses that are just consistently excellent, and Vici is one of those places.
