Went here for a cute date night and the food was amazing. Our waitress was so chill which made our experience even better. Nothing like having a waitress stop you every minute to ask how the food is. I'm glad she wasn't the way. We didn't feel rushed to eat or leave. The drinks were great and will definitely be coming back soon. The atmosphere was very romantic and low lit, such a great place.

An outstanding French restaurant which is the best we found in the area. The atmosphere reminded us of eating in France. The service we received was remarkable. Our server (Kristen M.), was very professional, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The Pork Chops and Hanger Steak were outstanding. Order a side dish of Bearnaise Sauce to dip the french fries, meat, and vegetables in. Yummy! The Escargot was very good. The Creme Brulee was outstanding and the best we have eaten in a long time. We definitely will be back to try other dishes.

The service was THE BEST! The folks there were chill yet knowledgeable and attentive. The food prep and presentation was most pleasant!
They have an excellent wine menu so - enjoy! Would return again!

My family and I went in on Saturday and had a fantastic time. We all started with several appetizers and all of them were delicious as we all shared with one another. Entrees were pretty good although several of us had the sirloin, they were seasoned to perfection however were very tough. I suppose that comes with the territory with this particular cut. The star of the show was our server, Meagan. Absolutely some of the BEST service I have ever had! She is extremely knowledgeable about her menu and her attention to detail was a breath of fresh air.

My wife and I came for a date night one week ago, that date was amazing due to the amazing food and staff at Vin Rouge. The food was decadent and absolutely well worth every single red cent. The cocktails were delicious, and I was kept absolutely breathless by how fantastic the food was. We were so happy that we came back this past weekend for brunch, and honestly brunch was just as amazing if not more so!! The brunch options were just amazingly simple and delicious, but the big winner was the wait staff and chef during this meal. My wife had ordered the eggs benedictine, fries, and a salad. My wife got curious about what sauces they had for the fries and we landed on a curry dipping sauce. The waitstaff asked the chef to make it special, and they made it completely one off for us. They charged us more than fairly for it, and we WILL be coming back to Vin Rouge. The management is friendly, waitstaff is knowledgeable and wonderful. If you want a great meal for a great price and want to leave satisfied on all fronts COME HERE!!!

I had a fabulous birthday dinner at the bar on Sunday. Josh was excellent as always, and he helped me pick the right bottle of wine for my dinner.

We are from our of town and wanted to experience some good food while exploring the Raleigh area. Tried Vin Rouge and it was incredible! It started off by great customer, we were originally seated outside, but the hostess knew that we would prefer inside and so she came and grabbed us before we even had a chance to order as soon as a table opened up. We started off with an appetizer, carmelized onion and goat cheese and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was fresh as well. The main course we had was salmon and steak. The flavors were all incredible and we didn’t feel rushed at all while eating there. We were given just enough attention by the wait staff, but didn’t feel like it was pushy or anything. 10/10.

My wife and I stopped here for a nice date night dinner during our road trip. The waiters and waitresses are extremely friendly and attentive. We started with a half dozen Dukes of Topsail oysters, which had a clean, less brine-y flavor due to them being raised in an estuary. We asked our waiter what he recommended, and he suggested the Poisson du jour and Cotes de Porc, which did not disappoint! The complimentary baguette bread with Olive Oil with Olive spread was incredibly addicting. The lemon tart overall was very good, wasn't overly tart, and the crust was the right consisency between soft and hard. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Would highly recommend trying this restaurant out if you're in the area and in the mood for French haute cuisine!

Jonathan made our Christmas date night extra special with amazing service, expert descriptions/recommendations on both food and wine, and a couple extras he threw in to make our night the best experience we've had in awhile. Thanks Jonathan and Vin Rouge for the top notch experience. We'll be back as usual (and everyone reading this should be too)!!
