We had a Family Day there, beautiful Park, (upgraded equipment is very very nice) shelter needs lights but overall it's nice.

Love the transformation! It’s not rundown anymore as the top review states. Feel free to visit. Note: Good idea to leave before sundown as it’s in the middle of the forest. Also, it doesn’t get good mobile data signals there.

OMG they have just redone the play area and it is such an improvement over the old one. There is even covered/shaded picnic table area (though when I visited they hadn't yet moved in the picnic tables).

Nice ball park for softball games. It had shaded seating and sunshine seating. Nice bathrooms. It was just a good, convenient place for my daughter to play her games.

Played right as it got dark. The lighting is not good and affected my game. Will not play there again at night. The courts are patchy, not sure if that was attempted resurfacing or what, but that also affected a couple line calls. I thought my vision was blurred on one call! I'd only play there again during the day.

Whippy is a nice park. It offers a playground, tennis courts, picnic areas, walking trails and a bathroom.
