Alice Zincone with Special Guest Willie Painter

Alice Zincone has been playing & singing most of her life. She plays bass & guitar, & sings lead & harmony. She grew up playing and singing bluegrass with her family. Despite her bluegrass roots, she is branching out and sharing her favorite songs by the likes Linda Ronstadt, John Prine, Emmylou Harris, Kasey Chambers & other Folk/Americana artists.

Willie Painter is a well-known NC guitarist. He played with the Boomers for over 20 years in the Triangle and eastern North Carolina, and has performed in the past with Lightnin' Wells and the Real Gone Cats. He currently heads up The Willie Painter Band, who play regularly at the Blue Note Grill and other local venues.
