Cole Clark, Riley Taylor and Iris at Huron Stage

Cole Cook is a singer-songwriter from Hickory, North Carolina. After playing in several Charlotte bands and three years away from making music, in 2020 Cook released his first solo project in the form of an EP titled “Easy Money” and you can surely find him in Durham and anywhere else you search for good music.

Iris is an artist from NC. Her music carries influence and experimentation from genres including indie, alternative, rock, and blues. Her lyrics explore a myriad of themes surrounding mortality, rage, grief, romance, politics, and other reminders of sentience. With dynamic music ranging from ethereal melodies to progressively brisk instrumentation, her work depicts the incessant pendulum of existential dread and existential bliss.

“Riley Taylor is a singer/songwriter from Ware Shoals, South Carolina. He’s currently based out of Durham, NC and Charleston, SC. He is currently the co-front man of indie-grunge band Dog Named Squid serving as drummer, rhythm guitarist, lead-vocalist, and songwriter. They recently released their debut ep entitled ‘Manners.’ He is also simultaneously working on a solo-project with help from musicians around the Triangle.”
