Fall Harvest Mixer to benefit Families Moving Forward

Join Families Moving Forward for a Fall Harvest Mixer, kicking off this year's Chefs for Change series! Now in its 8th year, Chefs for Change pairs Durham's love for outstanding food with the desire to end family homelessness. The theme of the event is Small Plates, Big Impact! Don’t miss the chance to indulge in delicious bites crafted by four amazing local chefs and chef teams: Billy & Kelli Cotter of Toast, Seth Gross & Cece Lopez of Bull City Burger and Brewery, Chris Garrett of Seraphine Durham, and Aaron Louv of NanaSteak. The evening will also feature fun, interactive games, a drawing for prizes, and remarks by Mayor Leonardo Williams. So, come nibble, network, and celebrate the difference you make when you support the work of Families Moving Forward, Durham’s primary emergency shelter for families and children. Together, we can break the cycle of poverty and end family homelessness in Durham.
