Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony @ Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club 

Step into a winter wonderland at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club, the AAA Four Diamond rated hotel on Duke University’s campus, for the annual Holiday Tree Lighting – an enchanting evening filled with holiday cheer. Guests will be greeted in the lobby with a warm hot chocolate or mulled wine to savor amidst the Inn’s festive holiday décor, while awaiting the grand lighting of the Lobby Christmas tree. Adding to the joyful atmosphere, local group The Victorian Carolers will serenade guests with timeless holiday melodies, attired in traditional Victorian garb, throughout the evening.

For guests wishing to extend their holiday celebrations and enjoy an exceptional meal, dinner reservations are available at the Inn’s acclaimed AAA Four Diamond Fairview Dining Room. The Inn just completed a transformative renovation of the Fairview and is welcoming guests for seasonally inspired dining experiences, including Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Dinner and New Year’s Eve Dinner.
