Third Friday Popup: Places I’d Rather Be

Join a strolling party on Foster Street at Durham Central Park to celebrate art and art-making! Everyone is invited to celebrate creativity, community and connection.

Durham Food Hall / 530 Foster Street

Exhibition opening: “Places I’d Rather Be,” a solo show of work by metals artist and Liberty Arts instructor Heather Pinnix in the Loose Leaf Gallery space on the second floor of Durham Food Hall. Bites and drinks for purchase.

In Places I'd Rather Be, Heather exhibits a layering of different metals and experimentation with patinas to bring out the color in small metal works, celebrating different times and places that Heather would rather be in winter.

The Glass Jug / 545 Foster Street
