Poets' Playground: THIS IS REST

Join in for the launch of Poets’ Playground – a new quarterly series designed to recharge and reconnect the Triangle’s creative community. Each event in the series brings together poets, writers and creatives for an evening of inspiration, community and self-care.

The first session, ‘THIS IS REST,’ begins with guided breathwork, resonant poetry and roundtable discussions focused on building connections and finding rest through collective creativity. Close the night with an open mic, where you can share your own words or simply soak in the atmosphere.
