Remote Viewing: Facts & Fiction with Joe McMoneagle

What are the differences between being psychic and being a Remote Viewer?

This presentation will explore the nature of getting psychic information and how it is different than working as a remote viewer. While psychic information is often spontaneous, remote viewing involves intentional targets and a blinded protocol. The differences can be as diverse as midnight and high noon.

Joe McMoneagle, one of the most famous remote viewers in the world, will join us to discuss his impressions of remote viewing including some of the most remarkable accomplishments of the government remote viewing program that continued for over 20 years. Can remote viewing be used for practical purposes, and is this different than receiving information from psychic experiences? Hear from this expert in the field and learn more about the value of both being psychic and how this type of experience can be tamed through the protocols of remote viewing.

Joseph W. McMoneagle, CW2, US Army, [Retired], aka Remote Viewer #001, was recruited for the Army Special Project, eventually known as STAR GATE. Aside from one other viewer who does not want to be identified, he is the only viewer who worked within the project for its entire existence. After retiring from the Army in 1984, he worked with the Stanford Research Lab to continue to research remote viewing. In 1995, he moved to the Laboratory for Fundamental Research where he did further studies with Dr. Edwin May until 2023.

During his career, Joe earned one of the highest military awards from the Secretary of the Army, the Legion of Merit, for his 13+ years of continuous overseas Cold War Intelligence collection and his unmatched record of Intelligence production as a remote viewer for nearly 7 years. Joe continued as a world-class viewer, demonstrating RV more than 80 times, double-blind, on National Television in 7 countries.

In addition, he and his wife incorporated and ran a business called Intuitive Intelligence Applications in Virginia for 38 years, providing remote viewing support to dozens of companies, police, and others unable to solve major developmental issues or unique problems plaguing their operations.
