The Makery is the place to be for upper elementary kids, tweens, and adults to dive into hands-on crafting, 3D printing, robotics, and more. Whether you’re into design thinking, upcycling, or digital fabrication, The Makery is your hub for creativity and innovation.

✨ Ribbon Cutting – Kick off the festivities with a ribbon cutting at 11:00 a.m.

📢 Special Announcement – Kidzu Children’s Museum has some exciting news! Stick around after the ribbon cutting to hear all about it.

🎶 Live Music – Meadowlark Music will take the stage and lead singalongs for all ages from 11:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

🎨 Get Creative – Unleash your inner maker with hands-on projects at The Makery from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

🔍 Explore The Makery – Check out The Makery’s open house! Kids and the young at heart can tinker, play, and create.

💿 Live DJ – Feel the vibes with DJ Shahzad spinning from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

😎 Teen Takeover – School’s out — time for the weekend! Swing by and hang with The Makery crew from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and try your hand at some makery projects.

🎶 Live Music – Keep the party going when Sonder takes the stage with some downtempo funk on the mellowship at 5:30 p.m.
