Celebrate two fantastic shows at the Durham Arts Council!

In the Allenton Gallery they will have a solo show by Hyewon Grigoni called "Midlife", which explores, through paintings, mixed media, and sculpture, the way we view important landmarks in life. While also finding freedom and fortitude as you continue to grow (up).

In the Semans Gallery, huiyin zhou and Laura Dudu team up to exhibit "bodies tender with grief", in which they use documentary film and photographs to take space to render grief as a site of possibilities, and to cherish all that has come before and is to come.

huiyin zhou and Laura Dudu will have an artist's talk at 7pm in the Pavilion. This event is free and open to the public. There will be light fare and drinks.
