A lot of stuff inside a tiny house 🏡. For such a small place it has a lot of content.

I walked by the museum after the closing time. However, display of important people in Durham’s establishment is very informative.

This is a local initiative and a fun little museum. It is very small but gives some interesting insight to the city’s history. It is worth taking 30 min to spend going through it.

Bit let down by the fact a new building is being built right in front of what the displays claim to look at. For a free museum you learn a lot about the Durham area.

The volunteer staff was knowledgeable on other area attractions and attentive to our questions and desire to know more about the area! We received materials, maps and brochures that were helpful as we took a self-guided walk around the west village and brightleaf!
